  • 1/2 c rice vinegar .
  • 4 tsps sesame oil .
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce .
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds .
  • 2 tsps red hot peppers .
  • 1 (16 oz) package soy beans (without the shells) .
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger .
  • 2 tsps ponzu sauce .
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine the first 6 ingredients In a large-ish bowl.
  • Step #2 Combine the remaining ingredients in another bowl.
  • Step #3 Combine the two & mix well.
  • Step #4 Serve within a few hrs.
