• 1 (3 oz) package chocolate fudge instant pudding mix .
• 3/4 c water .
• 1/4 c canola oil .
• 1 (18 oz) package devil's food cake mix (I use Duncan Hines) .
• 4 eggs .
• 1/2 c sour cream

• Step #1 Combine all the ingredients In a large-ish mixing bowl.
• Step #2 Blend & scrape bowl; then beat at medium speed for 4 mins.
• Step #3 Pour into greased & floured 10" tube pan.
• Step #4 Bake at 350° for 55-60 mins or till done.
• Step #5 Do not underbake.
• Step #6 Cool in pan for 15 mins.
• Step #7 Remove from pan & finish cooling on rack.
• Step #8 Frost if desired or sprinkle confectioners sugar over it.
