Tomato Florentine Quiche Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten .
  • 2 tbsps Italian seasoned breadcrumbs .
  • 1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese .
  • 1 unbaked frozen deep dish pie shell .
  • 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled .
  • 1 tsp dried basil .
  • 1/2 c mozzarella cheese .
  • 1 c fresh spinach, rinsed & shredded .
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes .
  • 2 fresh tomatoes, sliced .
  • 1 c half-and-half

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine tomatos & breadcrumbs In a large-ish bowl.
  • Step #2 Add spinach, eggs, half & half, & next five ingredients & mix.
  • Step #3 Spoon mixture into pie crust.
  • Step #4 Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 mins (you might want to cover it about 3/4 the way through).
