Step #1 In medium bowl mix egg product, garlic-and-herb seasoning & salt, if using; set aside.
Step #2 In 10 oz non-stick, oven-proof skillet, heat oil over med-heat/flame.
Step #3 Add onions; cook & stir one min.
Step #4 Reduce heat to medium-low.
Step #5 Pour in egg mixture.
Step #6 Cook 6 to 9 mins, carefully lifting edges of cooked portions with spatula so that un-cooked egg mixture can flow to bottom of skillet, until set.
Step #7 Set oven control to broil.
Step #8 Top frittata with tomatoes, cheese & bacon.
Step #9 Broil with top 4 inches from heat 1-2 mins or until cheese is melted.
