• confectioners' sugar .
• 3/4 c strawberry jam .
• 4 tsps butter .
• 6 tbsps milk .
• 3 eggs .
• 1/4 tsp salt .
• 1 tsp flour .
• 2 c frozen sliced peaches, thawed .
• 1 tsp sugar

• Step #1 Beat eggs until foamy.
• Step #2 Add milk, flour, salt & sugar.
• Step #3 Beat well.
• Step #4 Melt 1 tsp butter in a 9-inch skillet, tilting to cover entire bottom.
• Step #5 Pour 1/4 of egg mixture into hot skillet, covering the surface evenly.
• Step #6 Cook until firm enough to roll.
• Step #7 Slip pancake from skillet onto clean cloth.
• Step #8 Spread with jam & peaches & roll up.
• Step #9 Repeat process making 4 rolls.
• Step #10 Sprinkle top with confectioner’s sugar.
• Step #11 Slice & serve warm.
