Wild Rice And Turkey Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper .
  • 1/2 c finely sliced red bell peppers .
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, sliced .
  • 1 c cooked wild rice .
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten .
  • 1/2 c finely sliced green bell peppers .
  • 1 c cooked white rice .
  • 1 (12 oz) can fat-free evaporated milk .
  • 2 c shredded lowfat mozzarella cheese .
  • 2 c cooked turkey breast

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 Spray 11X7 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Step #3 In baking dish, mix white & wild rice; spread evenly over bottom.
  • Step #4 In a large bowl, milk, mix turkey, cheese, bell peppers & black pepper.
  • Step #5 Spoon over rice.
  • Step #6 Bake 45 to 55 mins or until knife inserted in center comes out clean & top is lightly browned.
  • Step #7 Sprnkle with parsley.
