Step #3 Whisk together rice, tapioca flours, xanthan gum, minced onion & salt, set aside.
Step #4 Blend egg, 1 T.
Step #5 olive oil & yeast water.
Step #6 Add flour mixture & beat on high 2 mins (I have always done this by hand, she recommends a heavy duty mixer but I've never found it necessary).
Step #7 Pour the thin dough into prepared pan & spread to cover bottom of pan.
Step #8 Dribble remaining 2T.
Step #9 olive oil over top & sprinkle with dash onion salt, parmesan cheese & desired extra toppings.
Step #10 Cover up & let rise 20-25 mins (rapid yeast) or 40-45 mins (regular yeast).
Step #11 Preheat oven to 400, Bake 20-25 mins or until slightly browned.
