German Sausage Fry Recipe

Ingredients

3 tbsps vegetable oil .
2 tbsps German mustard (spicy) .
1/4 c beer .
4 sausages (assorted bratwurst, knackwurst, weisswurst, wieners, or your choice) .
1 c onions, sliced into large chunks

Directions

Step #1 Steam sausages 8 to 10 mins.
Step #2 While sausages cool enough to handle, saute onion chunks in oil until they soften.
Step #3 Remove onions from pan & set aside.
Step #4 Slice sausages into large chunks & add to frying pan.
Step #5 Saute until sausages begin to brown.
Step #6 Return onions to pan, add beer & mustard.
Step #7 Stir until mixture is warm.
