Kittencal's Easy Beef Gravy Recipe

Ingredients

1/4-1/2 tsp garlic powder, to taste (optional) .
1/2 c butter or margarine .
4 c canned low sodium beef broth .
1 tbsp oxo beef bouillon powder (or to taste, I use 2 small package OXO beef bouillon powder) .
1/2 c flour, plus .
1-2 tsp black pepper (or to taste) .
3 tbsps flour

Directions

Step #1 In a saucepan melt butter.
Step #2 Add in the black pepper, garlic powder (if using) & flour, then whisk for 1 min.
Step #3 Slowly add in the beef broth & OXO beef bouillon powder; stir over low heat/flame until smooth, thickened & bubbly.
Step #4 Spice up with more black pepper if desired.
