Fat Free Garlic Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16 oz fat free sour cream .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1 tsp minced garlic cloves .
  • 2 lbs baby yukon gold potatoes

Directions
  • Step #1 Wash & boil potatoes in water until appropriately tender.
  • Step #2 While potatoes are boiling, add sour cream, garlic & salt to suitably-sized bowl & stir until well mixd.
  • Step #3 Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step #4 Drain potatoes & mash using masher.
  • Step #5 Add sour cream mixture to mashed potatoes & mash & stir until well mixd.
  • Step #6 Transfer everything to oven-safe baking/serving dish (depth of potatoes should be about 3 inches).
  • Step #7 Bake for 15 mins to serve hot.
