Goulash Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp sugar .
  • 1 tsp garlic salt .
  • 1/2 tsp pepper .
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can campbell's tomato soup .
  • 3 tbsps olive oil .
  • 1 (2 1/4 oz) can sliced mushrooms .
  • 1 small bell pepper (sliced) .
  • 1/2 tsp paprika .
  • water, if needed .
  • 1 lb ground beef .
  • 1 small onion (sliced) .
  • 1 (15 oz) can sliced tomatoes .
  • 1 (8 oz) box macaroni noodles (cooked)

Directions
  • Step #1 Brown ground beef; drain & set aside.
  • Step #2 Heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Step #3 Stir in mushrooms, sugar, onion, salt, green peppers, paprika, pepper & garlic salt.
  • Step #4 Add sliced tomatoes, cooked macaroni, tomato soup, & ground beef.
  • Step #5 Add a little water if needed.
  • Step #6 Sometimes the sliced tomatoes don’t have enough juice.
  • Step #7 Cook 5 mins on medium heat, then reduce heat & let simmer for 20 mins.
  • Step #8 Stir often.
