Ingredients
1/2 c brown sugar, firmly packed .
1 egg .
1 tsp vanilla .
1/4 tsp salt .
1 c semisweet chocolate morsels .
1/2 c almonds, finely sliced
Directions
Step #1 Preheat oven to 325°F.
Step #2 Melt the chocolate over hot water.
Step #3 Remove from water & cool 5 mins.
Step #4 Beat the egg until thick.
Step #5 Beat in slowly, till very thick, the sugar.
Step #6 Fold in cooled chocolate, vanilla, almonds, & salt.
Step #7 Drop by tspfuls on greased cookie sheet & bake this at 325F F for about 10 mins.
