Yves Goulash Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp black pepper .
  • 3 (350 g) packages yves satay veggie beef skewers .
  • 1 (350 g) package mushrooms, sliced .
  • 1 tsp sea salt .
  • 1 c peas, small sized, frozen .
  • 3 tbsps olive oil .
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce .
  • 3/4 c water .
  • 2 (8 oz) cans cream of wild mushroom soup .
  • 1 large onion, Chopped .
  • 1 (340 g) package egg noodles, Broad, Cooked as package directs

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat a large non-stick frying pan on medium heat.
  • Step #2 Add 3 tbsps of Olive Oil.
  • Step #3 Remove skewers from Satay Beef.
  • Step #4 Slice skewers on an angle to get thin slices.
  • Step #5 Put slices into the heated frying pan with worchestire sauce (I just shake it on while they are cooking).
  • Step #6 Cook until browned on all sides (about 5 - 8 mins), stirring ocassionally.
  • Step #7 Add onion & mushrooms.
  • Step #8 Saute for about 3 more mins or until onions become clear.
  • Step #9 Add sea salt & pepper, & 1 c of frozen baby peas.
  • Step #10 Stir to mix all ingredients.
  • Step #11 Add Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup & mix well.
  • Step #12 When mixture becomes hot, slowly add water mixing constantly (this helps to eliminate & lumps).
  • Step #13 Turn heat down to simmer.
  • Step #14 Simmer for 10 mins, or until mixtures is bubbling & peas are heated through.
