Pork Tenderloin With Gravy Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c water .
  • 3 tbsps soy sauce .
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced .
  • 1/4 c olive oil .
  • 1 garlic clove, minced .
  • 1 medium onion, sliced & separated into rings .
  • 2 c hot cooked rice .
  • 1 (24 g) envelope brown gravy mix .
  • 2 tbsps balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar .
  • 1 (3/4 lb) pork tenderloins, cut into 1/2-inch slices (about 3/4 lb)

Directions
  • Step #1 In a small bowl,mix the first five ingredients until mixed; set aside.
  • Step #2 In a large skillet, brown pork in oil on all sides.
  • Step #3 Stir in the gravy mixture, mushrooms & onion.
  • Step #4 Bring to a boil.
  • Step #5 Reduce heat; cover & let simmer for 10-15 mins or until meat juices run clear & vegetables are tender.
  • Step #6 Serve over rice.
