Wild Rice Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c slivered almonds .
  • 1/4 c cider vinegar .
  • 1 (10 oz) can mushrooms .
  • 1 (10 oz) can mandarin oranges .
  • 2 tbsps soya sauce .
  • 1 c thinly sliced green onions .
  • 1 c wild rice or 3 c cooked wild rice .
  • 1/2 c oil .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1 c sliced celery

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook wild rice & place this in bowl.
  • Step #2 Mix together oil, soya sauce, vinegar, & salt.
  • Step #3 Drain oranges & mushrooms.
  • Step #4 Mix all ingredients except oranges with rice.
  • Step #5 Cover up & chill in the fridge.
  • Step #6 Add oranges just before serving.
