Ingredients
  • 3 large eggs .
  • 3/4 c dark corn syrup .
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate squares .
  • 3/4 c pecan halves .
  • 2 tbsps butter .
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions
  • Step #1 Make your pie shell or buy one.
  • Step #2 Melt the unsweetened chocolate & butter over hot water.
  • Step #3 Beat the eggs, sugar, & corn syrup with a rotary beater & add to the above chocolate mixture.
  • Step #4 Add the pecans to the mixture.
  • Step #5 Pour into an unbaked shell & bake this at 375 degrees for 40-50 mins.
  • Step #6 Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
