German Snickerdoodle Cookies Recipe

Step #1 Pre-Heat oven to 275 degrees.
Step #2 Blend butter with powder sugar & vanilla then add flour.
Step #3 Stir in pecans.
Step #4 Chill dough for 1 hr.
Step #5 Roll into 1" balls (makes about 30 cookies).
Step #6 Bake for about 30 min make sure they do not brown in the oven, check bottoms & take out of the oven as soon as the bottoms turn golden brown.
Step #7 Roll in powder sugar after cooling for a couple min after they cool roll them in powder sugar again.
