German Snickerdoodle Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c flour .
  • 1 c butter (softened) .
  • 3/4 c pecans .
  • 1/2 c powdered sugar .
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions
  • Step #1 Pre-Heat oven to 275 degrees.
  • Step #2 Blend butter with powder sugar & vanilla then add flour.
  • Step #3 Stir in pecans.
  • Step #4 Chill dough for 1 hr.
  • Step #5 Roll into 1" balls (makes about 30 cookies).
  • Step #6 Bake for about 30 min make sure they do not brown in the oven, check bottoms & take out of the oven as soon as the bottoms turn golden brown.
  • Step #7 Roll in powder sugar after cooling for a couple min after they cool roll them in powder sugar again.
