Roasted Garlic Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 head garlic .
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
  • Step #2 Remove much of the papery skin from the head of the garlic, being careful not to bust up the head.
  • Step #3 Trim the top of the head off to expose many of the garlic cloves.
  • Step #4 Place the garlic on a pan that has been lined with foil wrap for easy clean up.
  • Step #5 Drizzle the garlic with a tbsp or so of olive oil & roast for about 40 mins, or until the head is soft & lightly browned.
  • Step #6 Remove from oven & allow this to cool until you can handle it.
  • Step #7 Remove from the skins & either use as soon as possible or put in the fridge for up to 3 days in a sealed container.
