• 1 1/4 c milk .
• 1 1/4 c whole wheat pastry flour .
• 2 tbsps applesauce .
• 1/4 c sugar .
• 2 egg whites .
• 1/2 tsp salt .
• 1 1/2 c all-bran cereal .
• 3 tsps baking powder .
• 1/4 c oil

• Step #1 Stir dry ingredients together.
• Step #2 Set aside.
• Step #3 Measure cereal & milk into mixing bowl.
• Step #4 stir this to mix.
• Step #5 Let stand 1-2 mins or until cereal is softened.
• Step #6 Add egg & oil.
• Step #7 Beat well.
• Step #8 Add dry ingredients to cereal mixture only until mixd.
• Step #9 Portion batter into 12 greased 2 1/2 in, muffin c evenly.
• Step #10 Bake for 25 mins at 400F degrees.
