Easy Gluten Free Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 egg .
  • 1/2 c milk .
  • 1/8 c vegetable oil .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps sugar .
  • 1 3/4 tsps baking powder .
  • 1 c rice flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix the dry ingredients, (**BEAT THE EGG BEFORE YOU ADD TO DRY**).
  • Step #2 Add wet ingredients to dry (here is where you could add cheese, cinnimon, or other extra ingredients) Batter should be the consistency of a muffin mix.
  • Step #3 Grease your pan VERY LIGHTLY.
  • Step #4 Put in small loaf pan (Double or triple recipe to make a big loaf).
  • Step #5 Bake 15-20 mins at 350 degrees.
