Kiwi-peach Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c canned peaches in juice, drained .
  • 1 large banana, frozen & broken into roughly 1-inch chunks .
  • 1 small kiwi fruit (peeled!)

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine in the food processor/blender (or mixer, but requires a lot more stirring) & mix till creamy.
  • Step #2 Serve as soon as possible.
  • Step #3 If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add some peach juice.
  • Step #4 To let it thicken a bit with extra freeziness (mmmm), put it in the freezer for 10-15 mins or so.
