Chocolate Espresso Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c margarine .
  • 1 1/2 c chocolate chips .
  • 3 tbsps ground coffee .
  • 7 oz marshmallow cream .
  • 2 tbsps instant espresso .
  • 2 1/2 c sugar .
  • 2/3 c evaporated milk .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract .
  • 1 tsp hot water

Directions
  • Step #1 Lightly coat a 9x13 inch pan with non stick cooking spray.
  • Step #2 In large pan mix sugar, margarine, & evaporated milk.
  • Step #3 Bring to a boil stirring constantly over med-heat/flame until candy thermometer reaches 230-235*.
  • Step #4 Remove from heat; add marshmallow creme & chocolate chips; mix until smooth.
  • Step #5 Stir in vanilla.
  • Step #6 In a small c or bowl, mix Instant Espresso & hot water together until dissolved, & add to mixture.
  • Step #7 Stir in ground coffee.
  • Step #8 Pour into prepared pan, cool at about room temp.
  • Step #9 Cut into bite size pieces,.
