Step #1 Lightly coat a 9x13 inch pan with non stick cooking spray.
Step #2 In large pan mix sugar, margarine, & evaporated milk.
Step #3 Bring to a boil stirring constantly over med-heat/flame until candy thermometer reaches 230-235*.
Step #4 Remove from heat; add marshmallow creme & chocolate chips; mix until smooth.
Step #5 Stir in vanilla.
Step #6 In a small c or bowl, mix Instant Espresso & hot water together until dissolved, & add to mixture.
Step #7 Stir in ground coffee.
Step #8 Pour into prepared pan, cool at about room temp.
Step #9 Cut into bite size pieces,.
