Ingredients
  • salt .
  • 2 garlic cloves .
  • 3-4 leaves basil .
  • 500 g Italian pork sausages .
  • fresh ground black pepper .
  • 1/4 liter freshly grated pecorini cheese .
  • 1/8 liter white wine .
  • 500 g rigatoni pasta .
  • 2 tbsps olive oil .
  • 1 1/2 liters pured tomatoes

Directions
  • Step #1 Remove the skin from the sausages & finely chop the meat.
  • Step #2 Heat the oil on medium heat.
  • Step #3 Add sausage an garlic & fry until onion is soft.
  • Step #4 Add wine & let it boil until all the wine is gone.
  • Step #5 Add tomatoes, salt & peppar to taste.
  • Step #6 Let it simmer for 75-90 mins.
  • Step #7 Cook pasta al dente.
  • Step #8 Mix sauce & pasta in ovenproof dish.
  • Step #9 Sprinkel with pecorini cheese & put in oven at 200 degrees celsius for 10-15.
  • Step #10 Serve with arugula sallad & a nice bottle of red wine.
