Ingredients
  • 16 oz sour cream .
  • 20 oz pineapple chunks, drained .
  • 1 banana, sliced (optional) .
  • 3/4 c coconut .
  • 1 c miniature marshmallows (I use the colored ones) .
  • 8 oz mandarin oranges, drained

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together well, being careful not to crush the fruit.
  • Step #2 Place in the refrigerator for several hrs or overnight so that flavors can mix.
  • Step #3 Serve.
