Greek Penne Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (6 oz) package feta cheese, crumbled .
  • 1 (10 oz) package spinach, sliced & squeezed dry of water .
  • 1 (12 oz) package penne pasta (or any type you prefer) .
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice .
  • 3 minced garlic cloves .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced .
  • 3 tbsps olive oil or vegetable oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook the pasta as you would normally & set aside for later on in the recipe.
  • Step #2 Heat the oil in a skillet on medium-low heat.
  • Step #3 Skillet should be large enough to accomodate all the ingredients in the recipe.
  • Step #4 Add garlic to the skillet & cook for about 1 min.
  • Step #5 Add the pasta & spinach, toss the mixture to coat, & leave on heat long enough to heat everything through.
  • Step #6 Remove from stove & add all other ingredients.
