Lite Eggless Egg Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tb Parsley flakes
  • 4 Lemon slices
  • 3 md Sliced onions
  • 2 ts Thyme
  • 1 cn Beer
  • 2 cl Minced garlic
  • 1 Salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 tb Brown sugar
  • 2 lb Round steak
  • 3 tb Oil
  • 1 cn Beef bouillon
  • 1/2 c Flour
  • 8 oz Cooked broad noodles 2 c Cooked rice

Directions
  • Step #1 --GARNISH----- 1 Green pepper slices 1 Fresh parsley 1 Cherry tomatoes Cut steak into serving size pieces.
  • Step #2 Brown on both sides in 3 tbsps oilto which you have added lemon slices.
  • Step #3 Remove steak to pan large enough in which to bake it.
  • Step #4 Layer onions & garlic over meat.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top flour over top.
  • Step #6 Now mix bouillon,parsley flakes,sugar,beer,thyme,salt & pepper.
  • Step #7 Pour over steak & bake uncovered in 325F degree oven for 3 hrs.
  • Step #8 Serve over cooked broad noodles or cooked rice.
  • Step #9 Garnish with green pepper slices,fresh parsley & cherry tomatoes.
  • Step #10 Serves 5 - 6.
