Ahi Poke Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Leg of kid lamb;
  • 2 c Jamun vinegar;
  • Salt & black pepper powder to taste
  • 2 tb Ginger-garlic paste;
  • 2 Onions; sliced
  • 2 ts Chaat masala powder;
  • 2 tb Oil;
  • 1 Carrot; sliced
  • 2 ts Chilli powder;

Directions
  • Step #1 CLEAN the baby lamb leg & dry well.
  • Step #2 Mix jamun vinegar, ginger-garlic paste, salt, sliced onions, pepper, carrot & chilli powder.
  • Step #3 Apply to the leg & keep aside for six hrs, so that the lamb meat absorbs the flavour & taste of the marinade.
  • Step #4 Put the baby lamb leg on a skewer (sheekh) & cook in a clay oven (tandoor) for 20 to 25 mins or till done.
  • Step #5 Spice up this with salt & chaat masala powder.
  • Step #6 Serve hot along with greens & onion rings.
