Almost Sour Cream Recipe

Ingredients
  • Minced garlic
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 pk Yves Veggie Ground Round
  • 1/2 cn of tomato sauce
  • 2 Egg whites
  • Scant hand of rice

Directions
  • Step #1 (momma was not a vegetarian) Mix the following ingredients: Place twelve leaves of cabbage in boiling water until they are pliable.
  • Step #2 Slice each leaf at rib laterally & stuff with ground round mixture.
  • Step #3 Fold envelope style.
  • Step #4 Slice extra cabbage leaves and place at bottom of large pot.
  • Step #5 Add stuffed cabbage leaves & raisins (if desired).
  • Step #6 Mix the balance of tomato sauce with 2 whole cans (10 3/4 oz.
  • Step #7 ) of tomato soup, juice of 1/2 lemon, some ketchup & 2 packets of Sweet "N" Low.
  • Step #8 Pour this over the stuffed cabbage.
  • Step #9 Cook over low flame for 1-1/2 to 2 hrs.
  • Step #10 - Hope you enjoy this dish.
