Amaretto Fruit Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c Raspberries; rinsed
  • 2 c Dried apricot halves; cut into thirds
  • 2/3 c Amaretto
  • 4 c Strawberries; trimmed and
  • 1/3 c Water
  • 1 c Sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Place berries in a heavy saucepan over med-heat/flame & pour sugar over berries.
  • Step #2 Pour water over sugar & lastly amaretto.
  • Step #3 Stir carefully and allow to come to a slow boil.
  • Step #4 Stir again & bowl slowly for 12 mins.
  • Step #5 Cool & place this in heatproof bowl or jar.
  • Step #6 Cover and put in the fridge.
  • Step #7 EACH: 132 CALS (3 fat cals).
