Angel Berry Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 Stick unsalted butter;
  • 3/4 c Walnuts; sliced coarse
  • 2 oz Unsweetened chocolate; sliced
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 1 1/3 c Sugar
  • 3/4 c All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 3 lg Eggs

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 350F.
  • Step #2 & butter & flour a 9-inch square baking pan, knocking out excess flour.
  • Step #3 In a metal bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water melt chocolates & butter, stirring, & remove bowl from heat.
  • Step #4 Cool chocolate mixture.
  • Step #5 In a large bowl whisk together sugar, eggs, & vanilla until smooth & whisk in chocolate mixture.
  • Step #6 Add flour & salt & stir until mixd well.
  • Step #7 stir in the walnuts & spread batter in prepared pan.
  • Step #8 Smooth top & bake in middle of oven 30 to 40 mins, or until a tester comes out with crumbs adhering.
  • Step #9 Cool brownies in pan on a rack & cut into 3-inch squares.
  • Step #10 Makes 9 brownies.
