Step #1 Preheat the oven to 475 degrees.
Step #2 Set angel food cake slices on a baking sheet & toast in oven to make less spongy.
Step #3 Rinse & hull the strawberries & cut them in half (or rinse & dry the raspberries.
Step #4 ) Bring sugar, rum, water & chocolate to a simmer (sauce will be thin.
Step #5 ) remove this from heat, add butter & cream.
Step #6 Set angel food cake in center of plate; top this with strawberries.
Step #7 Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top.
Step #8 Yield: 4 servings.
