• 2 tb Heavy cream
• 4 sl Angel food cake
• 2 pt Strawberries; hulled -or raspberries
• 4 oz Semi sweet chocolate morsels
• 1 tb Butter
• 1/4 c Dark rum
• 3/4 Water
• 2 tb Sugar

• Step #1 Preheat the oven to 475 degrees.
• Step #2 Set angel food cake slices on a baking sheet & toast in oven to make less spongy.
• Step #3 Rinse & hull the strawberries & cut them in half (or rinse & dry the raspberries.
• Step #4 ) Bring sugar, rum, water & chocolate to a simmer (sauce will be thin.
• Step #5 ) remove this from heat, add butter & cream.
• Step #6 Set angel food cake in center of plate; top this with strawberries.
• Step #7 Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top.
• Step #8 Yield: 4 servings.
