Ingredients
  • 2 c sliced fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 c Toasted breadcrumbs
  • 1 c sliced flat leaf parsley
  • 3 tb Light miso [paste]
  • 1/4 c Water;
  • 2 Cloves minced garlic

Directions
  • Step #1 (adapted from Vegetarian Times) In food processor/blender, mix everything except water.
  • Step #2 Pulse till finely minced.
  • Step #3 With machine running, slowly add water until reaches desired consistency.
  • Step #4 Use as soon as possible (it will lose that lovely green color otherwise.
  • Step #5 ) According to VT, serves 6.
