Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 c All-purpose flour
  • 2 ts Cornmeal
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/2 c Hot water
  • 4 ts Cooking oil
  • 1 ts Instant yeast
  • PIZZA CRUST---

Directions
  • Step #1 --TOPPING----- 7 oz Brie cheese, with rind, with peel, -cut into paper-thin wedges 3 Bacon slices, -softened 2 tb Sour cream 1/4 ts Dill weed 1 ts Sherry (or alcohol-free -sherry) 1 Medium red apple, cooked crisp -and crumbled (or 2 tbsp.
  • Step #2 -real bacon bits) 2 ts Grated Parmesan cheese Pizza Crust: Measure flour, yeast & salt into food processor/blender.
  • Step #3 With lid in place & machine running, pour hot water & cooking oil through food chute.
  • Step #4 Process for about 50 seconds until a ball is formed.
  • Step #5 Remove & wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Step #6 Let rest for 10 mins.
  • Step #7 Divide dough into 2 equal portions.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top 1 tsp.
  • Step #9 cornmeal on working surface.
  • Step #10 Roll 1 portion of dough over cornmeal to 10 inch diameter.
  • Step #11 Repeat with second portion of dough.
  • Step #12 Place on greased baking sheet.
  • Step #13 Poke holes all over dough with fork.
  • Step #14 Bake on bottom rack in 450?F oven for about 10 mins.
  • Step #15 You can bake these 1 at a time.
  • Step #16 Cool.
  • Step #17 Topping: Mash Brie cheese, sour cream, dill weed & sherry with fork on large plate.
  • Step #18 No need to mash until smooth but rather to coarsely mix.
  • Step #19 Divide between crusts.
  • Step #20 Arrange apple slices in single layer over each.
  • Step #21 Sprinkle top with bacon.
  • Step #22 Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
  • Step #23 Bake in center of 450?F oven for about 5 mins until crust is crisp & surface is beginning to turn golden.
  • Step #24 Cut each pizza into 12 wedges, for a total of 24 wedges.
