Apple-walnut Pancakes With Cinnamon Cream Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tb Shelled pistachio nuts
  • 1 tb sliced parsley
  • 1/2 sm Onion
  • 1 Dessert apple
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper
  • 1 1/2 oz Butter
  • A 2 lb guinea fowl

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to Gas Mark 4/350F/180C.
  • Step #2 Chop pistachio nuts.
  • Step #3 Peel & finely chop onion.
  • Step #4 Quarter, core & finely chop apple.
  • Step #5 Mix together sliced onion, pistachios, parsley, apple, salt and pepper.
  • Step #6 Spice up guinea fowl with salt & pepper.
  • Step #7 Fill guinea fowl cavity with apple mixture.
  • Step #8 Place on roasting tray.
  • Step #9 Dot guinea fowl with butter.
  • Step #10 Roast for 1 1/4-1 1/2 hrs until cooked through, basting often.
  • Step #11 Serve.
