Step #5 Preheat the oven to 425-F degrees & lightly coat two 6-count muffin tins with a non-stick cooking spray.

Step #13 Loosen the edges of the muffins with a small kitchen knife & turn them out onto a wire rack to cook.
Step #14 Can store up to 3 days at about room temp, wrapped, or put in the fridge, for up to a week.
