4 c Carrots; sliced crosswise into 1/4-inch slices
1/2 ts Grated orange peel; fresh
2 ts Lemon juice
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
Directions
Step #1 1.
Step #2 Place a steamer rack in the bottom of a medium saucepan.
Step #3 Add enough water to come almost up to the bottom of the rack.
Step #4 Place saucepan over medium heat.
Step #5 When water boils, add carrots, cover saucepan, & cook 10 mins, or until carrots are tender.
Step #6 Drain.

Step #8 While carrots are cooking, mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Step #9 Mix well.
Step #10 Add a little water or orange juice (a tsp at a time) if sauce is too thick.
Step #11 3.
Step #12 Place carrots in a serving bowl.
Step #13 Spoon sauce over carrots.
Step #14 Toss and serve.
