Banana Shake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tb Olive oil
  • 3 Scallions; trimmed and
  • 1/2 c sliced green bell pepper
  • 2 Jalapenos; seeded & minced
  • 1/2 c sliced red bell pepper
  • 2 lg Bananas
  • 3 tb Fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 c sliced cilantro leaves
  • 1 tb Fresh ginger; minced
  • 2 tb Packed light brown sugar
  • Salt & pepper; finely sliced
  • 1/4 ts Ground cardamom

Directions
  • Step #1 mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl, & carefully toss to mix.
  • Step #2 Correct the Spice upings, adding salt, or sugar, lime juice, to taste.
  • Step #3 The salsa should be a little sweet & a little sour.
  • Step #4 Best when served a couple hrs after making.
  • Step #5 Cover & put in the fridge until serving time.
