Barbecue Shrimp And Rice Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 lg Shrimps;
  • 1 tb Oil
  • 6 oz Stock; water or beer
  • 3 tb Butter;
  • 2 oz Dry Barbecue Spice uping Mix;
  • 4 Pieces new potatoes;
  • 1 oz Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 Pieces carrot ribbons

Directions
  • Step #1 In a pan, stock (or water or beer), add oil, dry Spice uping mix, Worcestershire sauce, potatoes & carrots.
  • Step #2 Allow to mix & boil shrimp until almost done, about 23 mins.
  • Step #3 Lastly, add cubed cold butter and continuously agitate the pan until all the butter has melted.
  • Step #4 Do not stop agitation.
  • Step #5 This causes the emulsification process.
  • Step #6 When completely melted, pour this into a large bowl & serve.
  • Step #7 French bread is used for dipping into the sauce.
