Ingredients
  • 1 Fillet deer; skin & sinews removed

Directions
  • Step #1 --MARINADE----- Olive oil; enough to cover -the ; fillets entirely 6 Bay leaves 2 Cloves garlic; finely sliced Black pepper Take the fillet & slice horizontally through the middle & open out.
  • Step #2 Lay the fillets in a plastic bag & thin the fillets out with a meat hammer.
  • Step #3 Marinade the fillets in the marinade mix above, for 12 hrs before cooking.
  • Step #4 Barbecue each fillet for about 10 seconds on each side.
