Ingredients
  • 1 c Liquid;
  • 1 tb Fresh whole flax seeds
  • 2 Fresh Ripe bananas

Directions
  • Step #1 mix at medium speed till smooth.
  • Step #2 Add 1 -2 c any frozen fruit (without added sugar) such as strawberries, blueberries, rasberries, mango etc mix again at high speed till smooth.
  • Step #3 If the smoothie is to thick, add more liquid till it reaches the desired consistancy.
