Step #2 Trim fat from beef steak; cut steak lengthwise in 1/2 & then crosswise into 1/8"thick strips.

Step #8 stir in the water & contents of Spice uping packet; bring to a boil.
Step #9 Reduce heat to low; cover tightly & let simmer 15 mins.

Step #11 stir in the vegetables; continue to cook 3 to 5 mins or until rice is tender.
