Beef And Shiitake Stew On Garlic Mashers Recipe

Ingredients
  • Vegetable oil
  • 2 tb Crushed black peppercorns
  • 4 Potatoes; very thinly sliced
  • 1 Fillet beef in one piece;

Directions
  • Step #1 1 large orange sweet potato, very thinly sliced assorted lettuce leaves balsamic or red wine vinegar 1.
  • Step #2 Roll beef in black peppercorns.
  • Step #3 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
  • Step #4 Add beef & cook for 10 to 15 mins, turning frequently, until well browned on all sides.
  • Step #5 Continue cooking until beef is cooked to your liking.
  • Step #6 Remove beef from pan, cover, set aside & keep warm.

  • Step #10 Cook potato slices & sweet potato slices in batches for 3 to 5 mins or until golden & crisp.
