Ingredients

2 tb Crushed black peppercorns
4 Potatoes; very thinly sliced
1 Fillet beef in one piece;
Directions
Step #1 1 large orange sweet potato, very thinly sliced assorted lettuce leaves balsamic or red wine vinegar 1.
Step #2 Roll beef in black peppercorns.
Step #3 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
Step #4 Add beef & cook for 10 to 15 mins, turning frequently, until well browned on all sides.
