Beef And Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tb Cilantro; Fresh; Snipped
  • 1/4 c Carrot; sliced
  • 1/4 c Unbleached Flour
  • 1/4 c Tequila
  • 2 ea Cloves Garlic; Finely sliced
  • 2 lb Meat;
  • 3/4 c Tomato Juice
  • 2 ea Bacon; Slices; Cut Up
  • 1 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 c Onion; sliced; 1 Medium
  • 4 c Tomatoes; sliced; 4 Medium
  • 15 oz Garbanzo Beans; 1 Can
  • 1/4 c Celery; sliced
  • 1/4 c Vegetable Oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Meat should be beef boneless chuck, tip or round, cut into 1-inch --- ------------------ Coat beef with flour.
  • Step #2 Heat oil in 10-inch skillet until hot.
  • Step #3 Cook & stir beef in oil over med-heat/flame until brown.
  • Step #4 Remove beef with slotted spoon & drain.
  • Step #5 Cook & stir onion and bacon in same skillet until bacon is crisp.
  • Step #6 stir in the beef and remaining ingredients.
  • Step #7 heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  • Step #8 Cover & let simmer until beef is tender, about 1 hr.
