Ingredients
  • 6 Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Cayenne
  • 1 ts Minced garlic
  • 4 Beef filets
  • 1 Stick unsalted butter

Directions
  • Step #1 In bowl mix sun-dried tomatoes, butter, garlic & cayenne.
  • Step #2 Mix together well.
  • Step #3 put in the fridge until ready to use.
  • Step #4 Broil or grill filets on each side for about 6 mins.
  • Step #5 Top each with some tomato butter mixture.
  • Step #6 Finish cooking to your likeness.
  • Step #7 Serve hot off the grill with more butter.
  • Step #8 Approximately 7-10 mins.
