1/2 c sliced drained sun-dried tomatoes packed; reserving 1 in oil, tbsp of the oil
1/2 ts Baking soda
3 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Salt
1/3 c sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
Directions
Step #1 Preheat the oven to 350F.
Step #2 & grease & flour a loaf pan, 9 by 5 by 3 inches.
Step #3 In a large bowl whisk together the flour, the salt, & the baking powder, add the egg, the tomatoes with the reserved oil, the baking soda, the beer, & the olives, & stir the batter until it is just mixd.
Step #4 Turn the batter into the pan & bake the bread in the middle of the oven for 40 mins, or until a tester comes out clean.
Step #5 Turn the bread out onto a rack & let it cool.
Step #6 Makes 1 loaf.
