Ingredients
  • 1/3 c Sour cream
  • 1/4 c Milk
  • 2 tb Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Green onion;
  • 1/8 ts Pepper
  • 1 tb Caviar
  • Thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Recipe beet fettuccine 6 oz Uncooked fettuccine

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook fettuccine as directed in recipe or on package; drain.
  • Step #2 Heat remaining ingredients except caviar over low heat/flame, stirring constantly, just until hot.
  • Step #3 Toss with hot fettuccine.
  • Step #4 Spoon caviar on top.
