Ingredients
  • 2 16 oz. cans sliced beets; drained
  • Salt & pepper; to taste
  • 1 7 oz. pkg. shell macaroni; cooked & drained
  • 1 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 c sliced celery
  • 1/4 c sliced onion
  • 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen green peas; cooked & drained

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
  • Step #2 Cover & put in the fridge for several hrs or overnight.
