Step #2 In a food processor/blender, mix the berries to a puree with the orange and lemon juice & the sugar.
Step #3 Strain the puree & discard any seeds.
Step #4 Pour the preparation into an ice-cream machine.
Step #5 Churn the sorbet and, when it is ready, transfer it to a pre-chilled mould or bowl covered with a lid or plastic film & place this in the freezer.
