1/4 c Cold water; more or less to taste
3 Cloves garlic; minced
6 c Broccoli pieces;
1 ts Extra virgin olive oil
Red pepper flakes; to taste
Directions
Step #1 Separate the broccoli florets from the stems.
Step #2 Peel the stems, & cut into bite sized pieces.
Step #3 Break the florets into bite sized pieces.
Step #4 Place all ingredients in a pot & bring to a boil.
Step #5 Tightly cover and let steam for no more than 5 mins.
Step #6 The broccoli should be bright green.
