Ingredients
  • 1 c Oatmeal
  • Store bought whipped topping
  • 1/2 c Blackberries; fresh or frozen
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 c Red hots
  • 1/3 c Melted butter
  • 1/2 c Flaked coconut
  • 1 1/2 c Blueberries; fresh or frozen
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 1 ds Nutmeg

Directions
  • Step #1 In saucepan, blueberries, mix blackberries, sugar & nutmeg.
  • Step #2 Cook over low-heat.
  • Step #3 Set aside.
  • Step #4 In measuring pour oatmeal & toast in microwave, Cooking on high heat & stirring once.
  • Step #5 mix toasted oatmeal, coconut & melted butter.
  • Step #6 Set aside.
  • Step #7 In dessert bowls, spoon an ice cream mound.
  • Step #8 Pour toasted oatmeal mixture on top.
  • Step #9 Spoon fruit over all.
  • Step #10 top this with whipped topping.
  • Step #11 Sprinkle top red hots.
  • Step #12 Serve as soon as possible.
  • Step #13 Approximately 15 mins.
